Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Trevor Williams is originally from Lake Jackson, Texas. Throughout his life, chiropractic care has helped him and his family overcome sports related injuries and unwanted pain. He attended Texas A&M University with an academic scholarship where he studied biomedical science and health and rowed as a member of the Texas A&M crew team. Upon graduation from Texas A&M, he enrolled at Texas Chiropractic College in Houston, where he was an active member of the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council. During school, he was a teaching instructor in the anatomy lab and was awarded the red badge teaching associate during preceptorship, an honor given to the most clinically skilled intern. He graduated with Cum Laude honors as third in his class from Texas Chiropractic College.
Dr. Williams has authored a randomized clinical trial regarding the effect of chiropractic adjustments on gait and human kinetics, which was published in the respected Journal of Chiropractic Medicine. He has been fortunate to treat many high school and collegiate athletes in both Texas and North Carolina. He has been the treating chiropractor for 3 D1 National Championship title teams and world record holding athletes. He also has post-doctoral education and training in management of pregnancy related pain and has treated women throughout all stages of pregnancy.
