Food Sensitivity & Intolerance Test

Due to overwhelming occurrence of chronic inflammation and disease, we are offering a Food Sensitivity and Intolerance Test. It is designed to identify and eliminate the source that triggers inflammation in our bodies. We are using Pacific Biotesting Services for our testing center. The key test panels that they use are based on a highly respected technique called IgG and IgA Enzyme Linked Immunosorbant Assay(ELISA), which can identify 96 trigger foods that may cause the sensitivity and intolerance.

IgA represents a primary reaction with half-life of 5-6 days, compared to a delayed IgG reaction with a half-life of about 20-24 days. The assessment offers a comprehensive insight of the patient’s immune profile. The IgG seems to help us with many patients that are suffering from chronic inflammation and disease.

The kits are available at our office. It’s a simple finger prick. We will mail your sample to Pacific Biotesting and results typically take a week. The charge for the test is $249. Ask one of our doctors about this on your next visit!

The test contains 96 Food Proteins that are divided into 7 categories:
