Ouch! Have pain in the bottom of your foot or at your heel? It could be Plantar Fasciitis. This condition can range from discomfort in the first few steps on waking to debilitating, intense pain that never seems to go away. What happens is the tissue on the bottom of the foot, called the plantar fascia, becomes inflamed throughout and at the site where it connects to the bone, creating very intense pain.
